Becca, Sophie and myself met on the Gettysburg battle field in Pennsylvania last month or so. It was great to have them down to Maryland. We toured Baltimore went down to see my friend Phil on the Gallant Green and ate some really good breakfast at the Blue Moon Cafe in Fells Point. It was great to have a mini road trip adventure with the ones you love.

At last I was able to catch the Cherry Blossoms in D.C. this spring. Being the history nerd that I am, I couldn't pass on the opportunity to catch the Japanese cherry blossoms surrounding the tidal pool with Becca. We wanted to catch the American History Museum as well but between the blossoms, fresh air and tourists we were tired out. This gives us yet another reason to return.
